Click here for details and contact the enquires person for further information. About the role Provide trauma-responsive nursing care to people over 16 experiencing domestic and family violence. Deliver clinical assessments, triage risk, coordinate referrals, and support recovery through individual and group-based care. Key duties of the role Deliver person-centred clinical care and case management Triage, assess safety and risk for DFV consumers Monitor care plans and coordinate referrals across services Provide outreach care in community and DFV accommodation settings Support and guide junior staff, students, and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to research, audits, and evidence-based service improvement Lead portfolio work to strengthen service access and quality Skills and Experience Current registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia Minimum 3 years post-registration nursing experience Demonstrated skill in DFV assessment, triage, and outreach care Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills Knowledge of healthcare legislation, standards, and quality systems Enquiries can be directed to Amber Oest – Manager, Cedar Health Service, Phone: 0466 492 869 or Amber.Oest@sa.gov.au Want to learn more about career opportunities at WCHN?
