We have range of shifts on offer for the successful candidate over fortnight period as below: Week 1 Mon 1445-2300 TEMP Tues 1445-2300 TEMP 2245-0700 PERM Weds 1445-2300 PERM Thurs 2245-0700 TEMP Fri 1445-2300 PERM Sat 0645-1500 TEMP Sun 0645-1500 TEMP Week 2 Mon Tues 2245-0700 PERM Weds 0645-1500 PERM Thurs 1445-2300 PERM Successful candidates also have the ability to pick up additional shifts to cover planned and unplanned leave. The Role As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include: Providing and monitoring the care of residents Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team To be successful, you will have Previous experience as a Registered Nurse Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge) Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Complete a police check Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth Come and work for an organisation committed to resident respect and dignity, where you will receive a competitive salary and benefits.
