Their trade-quality products are built tough to withstand the harsh conditions of the Central Australian desert. They are expanding their team and are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys producing custom solutions for a wide range of clients. About the Role Fabricating steel and aluminium trays, canopies, and custom metal components Reading and interpreting technical drawings MIG/TIG welding and general metal fabrication Working on one-off custom builds, fleet upgrades, and commercial fabrication projects Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient workshop environment Qualifications Relevant trade certification or equivalent experience Welding certifications (MIG/TIG) desirable Experience Demonstrated experience in metal fabrication, welding, and general workshop tasks Experience working with steel, aluminium, and custom builds Previous work in automotive, commercial, or general fabrication environments highly regarded Skills Strong MIG/TIG welding ability Competent in metal cutting, shaping, and assembly Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Attention to detail and commitment to quality Problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management ANNUAL SALARY: $76K TO $82K
