Support students to engage with the curriculum through a trauma-informed approach, while collecting and analysing student data to actively inform Education Adjustment Plans. Provide high-level administrative support to the Special Education Teacher, assisting in the implementation of departmental and school-based policies and programs. Achieve optimal educational outcomes for students with varying degrees of impairment by working collaboratively to facilitate their effective inclusion into the school and wider community. Additionally, support classroom teachers in delivering quality education programs, including planning for intervention for students with special needs and identified disabilities from Preschool to Year 6.
