Team Leader - Children, Young People and Adults Make a meaningful impact supporting recovery and wellbeing. We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to guide a small team of Mental Health Practitioners delivering trauma informed, recovery focused services to children, young people and adults impacted by family, domestic and sexual violence. This is a contract role directly with our client until September 2026, with the possibility of extension. As the first point of contact for complex or high risk matters, you'll lead with empathy, provide clinical guidance, and ensure the consistent delivery of safe, person centred care. About You Minimum 5 years' experience supporting children, young people and adults affected by FDSV or mental health challenges Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, counselling, nursing or a related field Current professional registration (ACA Level 4, PACFA Clinical, AHPRA, AASW or equivalent) Current Working With Children Check and Police Check Strong knowledge of systems, administration and reporting Experience leading or mentoring staff in clinical or wellbeing settings NSW Driver's Licence Why Join You'll join a values driven organisation that believes in compassion, collaboration and excellence in care.
