What you’ll do As a CCR at Pet ICU, you’ll be the heartbeat of the front-of-hospital — the first friendly face our clients see, and the reassuring voice they hear when they need us most. Your compassion, organisation, and calm presence will help guide families through some of their most important moments. In this role you will: Support patients and clients through emergency admissions and discharges Communicate calmly and compassionately with clients under pressure Provide accurate information and updates to both clients and our clinical team Assist with administration, data entry, and client communication Guide clients through their financial and emotional journey Collaborate closely with veterinarians, nurses, and leadership to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience About you You’re someone who thrives on connection and care. You know how to balance empathy with professionalism, and you take pride in helping people through challenging moments. You are: Passionate about client service and teamwork Calm, confident, and compassionate under pressure Organised and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills A clear and confident communicator who loves helping people (and their pets!) Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to adapt to changing priorities Experience in veterinary, medical, or high-touch customer service environments is highly regarded, but not essential — we’ll support the right person to grow with us.
