Key responsibilities Conduct & partake in the triage, screening & assessments of clients experiencing high prevalence mental health issues or clients at risk of suicide or self-harm. Provide mental health assessment of clients across the age range. Provide evidence-based interventions, counselling sessions & suicide prevention & support services. Conduct risk assessments & safety planning of clients experiencing suicidal ideation or issues of self-harm. Provide effective case management of clients. Full registration with relevant membership body (AHPRA, AASW etc.) - Mental Health accredited if a nurse. 1.5 years experience working as a mental health clinician. Demonstrated experience providing psychological interventions & conducting assessments. Demonstrated experience in risk assessment and safety planning to clients experiencing suicidal ideation or issues of self-harm. Provisional psychologists with relevant experience welcome to apply.
