Assist with developing seasonal menus and daily specials that reflect fresh, local produce. Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Manage stock levels, ordering, and storage while minimising wastage. Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards. Ensure kitchen equipment and work areas are clean, safe, and well maintained. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and timeliness of service. About you Relevant qualifications (Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent). Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations. Creativity and passion for producing high-quality dishes. Ability to work as part of a team and lead junior staff when required.
