We’re growing fast and proud of our down-to-earth, high-trust culture. About the Role The People & Culture Business Partner is a strategic advisor and key enabler of our people strategy. This role is pivotal in aligning business goals and strategy across two key client groups. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding. Develop and implement P&C policies, frameworks, and culture-building initiatives. Design, develop, and deliver learning and organisational development (L&OD) programs for leaders and employees. Provide guidance on workforce planning, performance, engagement, culture, and organisational change. Present key P&C initiatives such as performance reviews, salary reviews, DEI sessions, and engagement programs. What we’d love to see 8 years’ experience in Human Resources / People & Culture. Experience in a tech environment (software, hardware, cloud, infrastructure) or within a large, complex organisation with strong white-collar exposure. Proven ability to coach, consult, and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and technical teams. Strong capability in L&D/L&OD, including designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs for leaders and employees. Experience presenting P&C initiatives - such as performance cycles, remuneration reviews, and engagement activities - to large and senior audiences.
