The Role: As a General Labourer, you will play a key role in our day-to-day operations by supporting a wide range of tasks and projects. We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is motivated to help our team succeed. What You'll Be Doing: Manual Labour: Perform various manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and work areas. Follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organised. Dispose of waste and debris in a responsible manner. Perform routine maintenance tasks to support a safe and efficient workplace. Assistance to Skilled Workers: Assist skilled workers in the completion of tasks as needed. Provide support in construction, assembly, or other projects. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Basic understanding of safety protocols and the importance of workplace safety. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
