We’re Hiring – Plumbing Estimator/Scheduler
Mibilla PTY LTD trading as Wilmac Plumbing are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator/Scheduler to join our growing team in Wangara, Western Australia. This is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
As a Plumbing Estimator/Scheduler, you will play a key role to manage client relationships, estimate projects, and oversee contracts and staff. It suits someone with plumbing operations experience or a skilled plumber ready to move into an office-based leadership position. Strong plumbing knowledge, analytical ability, time management, and a practical, cost-efficient approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
- Design suitable Plumbing hydraulic plans using Bluebeam Revu software.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and onsite staff to timely schedule projects bookings.
- Prepare accurate materials lists and orders for projects.
- Manage cost variations and approvals.
- Control project finances and budgets, including interim progress payment claims.
Requirements
- Relevant plumbing trade qualification.
- Proven experience in Residential & Commercial plumbing/construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with effective stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Strong project management experience including planning, organising, resource management, budgeting, scheduling (Preferable) and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu & BEAMS or Similar estimating software (Preferable).
- Intermediate to Advance experience with Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to high-quality outcomes and attention to detail.
