We’re on the lookout for a Property & Assets Manager - NSW & VIC to join our team! In this key role, you’ll work closely with the CEO Communities to support the day-to-day operations of our GemLife resort communities in these locations. From managing resort managers and grounds teams to building strong relationships with contractors, you’ll play a big part in making sure our homeowners have the best experience possible. What You’ll Be Doing: Helping train and onboard resort staff, giving them the tools and know-how to thrive in their roles. Supporting and guiding resort managers and their teams to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. Making sure we’re ticking all the boxes for regulatory and WH&S standards. Monitoring budgets, tracking spending, and finding ways to save costs where possible. Assisting with asset management—think maintenance schedules, inventory control, and capital improvement projects. Building great relationships with contractors and stakeholders to keep service levels high across all resorts. What You’ll Bring to the Team: Essential Skills: Solid Microsoft Office skills. Experience in budgeting and tracking expenses. Strong administration and data input experience. A customer-first attitude with problem-solving smarts. Previous experience working with contractors and stakeholders. Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal. A detail-driven approach with great planning and process skills. The ability to take initiative while creating accountability through clear communication. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with financial systems. Experience with project management tools and platforms.
