The Role: We’re searching for floor staff who are polished, proactive, and guest-obsessed. Your role will include: Table service and guest engagement Supporting large bookings, VIPs, and functions Ensuring a smooth and high-energy dining/drinking experience Communicating with FOH and BOH teams seamlessly What You Bring Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment A great attitude, attention to detail, and passion for the industry Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent personal presentation Must be available Friday to Sunday (all hours), and occasionally midweek for private functions You must be able to work across departments within the venue — flexibility is key as every day is different at Cali.
