We are seeking a Consumer Key Account Manager – Pharmacy to join our team based in North Sydney . This role offers an exciting opportunity to support business growth across our leading skincare portfolio. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, ensuring flawless retail execution, and supporting team operations to meet our commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage key customer accounts, supporting activity calendars and retail execution to achieve KPIs. Oversee sales budget stewardship, including forecasting, compliance, and consumption analytics. Provide operational support, managing POs, promotional submissions, and customer account administration. Track and report key business activities such as NPD launches, distributor performance, and inventory updates. Partner closely with the broader team to deliver initiatives that enhance business performance. Skills & Qualifications Strong organisational discipline: able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; builds trusted relationships and connects the dots. Proven problem-solving ability and a proactive, “go-getter” mindset. Intermediate Excel skills and experience with data or forecast management. Previous experience within FMCG or the pharmacy/wholesale environment is highly regarded.
