As Sales & Administrative Executive, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the sales function, ensuring operational excellence, and driving brand growth across Australia and APAC. The Role Working closely with the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll: Support the wholesale sales process from start to finish — from order management and seasonal launches through to delivery and customer follow-up. Manage the preparation of seasonal sales tools, samples, and showroom coordination. Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and ensure a high standard of customer service. Partner with internal teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing to keep operations running smoothly. Assist in managing stock allocation, tracking orders, and coordinating warehouse movements with 3PL partners. Coordinate brand meetings, launches, and team events to support a connected, collaborative culture. Oversee general office operations, ensuring all administrative needs are met efficiently. About You 2–4 years’ experience in sales support, account coordination, or administration, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Highly organised with strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ERP or CRM experience is an advantage. Confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile to get things done. Why Join?
