Your Impact: • Full Commercial Ownership: Lead the entire merchandise planning cycle from budget setting and OTB management through to allocation, replenishment, and post-season review. • Drive Sales & Margin: Deliver best-in-class budget and OTB plans, applying promotional, markdown, and pricing strategies to maximise sell-through and profitability. • Strategic Forecasting: Partner with Buying to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure financial targets are exceeded, not just met. • High-Impact Assortment Planning: Build data-led assortments tailored by region, channel, and customer profile, ensuring the right product lands in the right place at exactly the right time. • Commercial Insights: Lead seasonal trade reviews and category deep-dives, translating SKU-level data into actionable strategies. • Influence & Leadership: Mentor and inspire planners, instilling a culture of accountability, commercial curiosity, and continuous improvement. • Retail Network Partnership: Work directly with stores and distribution teams to unlock performance and solve stock challenges fast.
