Camden Valley Inn is an iconic hospitality destination in South West Sydney, known for its beautiful rural setting, exceptional food, and family-friendly atmosphere. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our busy kitchen team and help deliver quality meals to our valued guests. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in line with venue standards and food safety requirements Assist in menu planning, daily specials, and seasonal offerings Ensure consistent quality, portion control, and presentation across all dishes Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with NSW Food Authority standards Manage stock rotation, food storage, and waste minimisation (FIFO practices) Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and service coordination Supervise and train junior kitchen staff where required Follow WHS guidelines and safe food handling practices About You Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) Previous experience as a Cook in a busy restaurant, bistro, or hotel kitchen Strong skills across grill, pans, and prep stations Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure during peak service periods Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment Sound knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and allergen management What We Offer Competitive salary superannuation Opportunities for career growth within the Lewis Leisure Group Supportive and inclusive workplace culture Staff discounts and on-site parkin Permanent full time role with a starting salary of $76K - $80K Salary (plus super).
