Join Our Team – Occupational Therapist Opportunity in Adelaide Are you a passionate, professional, and caring Occupational Therapist looking for a flexible, rewarding opportunity with a collaborative team? My Community Physio is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team, providing holistic, person-centred Allied health to clients in the community. About Us My Community Physio is committed to improving access to allied health services across Adelaide. We provide high-quality, mobile Allied health services to a diverse client base, including older populations, NDIS clients, and individuals needing OT services. We have recently started offering Clinic Based Therapies in Welland. We predominately work with the ageing populations for this opportunity. We are developing a truly integrated healthcare solution, along side a Multi-Disciplinary Team. This opportunity creates the flexibility to be in clinic and in the community. Our business is expanding rapidly, and we are specifically looking for a Occupational Therapist to service Adelaide Suburbs, with potential for further growth in other regions as demand increases. The Role We are offering a flexible position (Part-Time with increasing to full time) with flexible hours and no weekend work. This role is ideal for those who seek a better work-life balance, enjoy being on the road, and are passionate about helping people improve their overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include: • High levels of autonomy and an ability to undertake home assessments and functional capacity assessments. • Working collaboratively with clients to set clear, functional goals and deliver individualized therapy sessions to support their progress. • Upholding our commitment to professionalism and high-quality care. • Train to work with individuals with POTS, EDS and Dysautonomia as we already service this area with physiotherapy services. Flexible working conditions: • Work Monday to Friday. • Control your schedule with flexible hours and working arrangements. • No commission structure – focus on patient outcomes, not billable hour pressures. • Supportive management – no pressure to overload your schedule, prioritizing sustainable practice and preventing burnout. You will receive mentoring from our physiotherapist and a senior OT on a regular basis. About You We would love to hear from you if you: â Are a passionate, professional, and caring OT. â Have a strong interest in community-based OT. â Enjoy working autonomously, providing individualized care to clients in their homes. â Strive to build long-lasting connections with clients, colleagues, and the wider community. â Feel your skills, personality, and values align with our mission and approach. To be eligible, you must: â Hold a Bachelor or Masters of Occupational Therapy degree. â Have Full Registration with AHPRA. â Possess a valid Australian driver's licence and a reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance. â Be currently based in Australia, as we are unable to provide a sponsored job position for international applicants. We welcome applications from all levels of experience, as we prioritize finding the right personality and cultural fit for our team over years of experience.
