About the Role: We're currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of leading administrative teams and implementing efficient office systems. They will bring experience in managing budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships, while ensuring compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and data management procedures. A strong understanding of HR and operational support functions, such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and reporting, is essential. Candidates with a proven track record of process improvement and driving efficiency within administrative operations will be highly regarded. This role is based at our Perth HQ at the Perth Airport. This role will involve working 12 hours days on a 8 days on / 6 days off roster. Key Responsibilities : Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficient business functioning. Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to maintain productivity and workflow efficiency. Develop, implement, and maintain office systems, procedures, and policies to optimise performance. Manage office budgets, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective operations. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, company policies, and legislative requirements. Support management through scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications. Monitor office performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and record-keeping activities. Skills & Experience : Applicants must have a qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field or at least 3 years' relevant office management or senior administrative experience in place of formal qualifications. Additional Required Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities with proven leadership and team coordination experience. Proficiency in office systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and maintain cost control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, management, and external stakeholders. Sound understanding of Australian workplace legislation, record management, and compliance obligations. High attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion in handling confidential information. Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
