Job Overview: Are you an organised, detail-oriented accounting professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an Accounts Officer to join our finance team and provide support across a broad range of accounting tasks. This role plays an integral part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the group’s finance function. Key Responsibilities: This role supports all group businesses and includes: Managing accounts payable, supplier invoices, and payment processing Managing accounts receivable, invoicing and payment tracking Performing daily bank and credit card reconciliations Preparing monthly customer and supplier reconciliations Assisting with payroll preparation Maintaining accurate records within the accounting system Managing the accounts inbox and stakeholder queries Supporting month-end and year-end close processes Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies Providing support on ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, managing accounts and/or payroll Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with Xero highly regarded Why Join Us?
