Job Description Our role as Senior Project Managers is to be the conduit between commercial developers / end users and their consultants and contractors and other various stakeholders. We aim to manage project programme, budget, and quality of delivery to facilitate the best possible project outcomes. Our team is looking for a senior project manager to deliver a mix of Commercial/Retail Developer projects: • To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects. • To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards. • Manage all aspects of the project and both the internal team and consultant team to deliver quality outputs on time. • Manage commissions, cashflows, budgets plus assist with resourcing and superintendent recommendations. • Training and development of junior staff (transfer of skills to graduates and assistant PMs). If you join our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery of complex, and interesting projects. You will be able to see how projects are identified, assessed, planned, and then taken through the preliminary design, detailed design, tender, construction and close out phases. You will assist with development of budgets, will manage complex stakeholder arrangements, manage and assess tenders, co-ordinate contractors and consultants and will get to take ownership of the projects you deliver.
