As a Call Centre Sales Agent for this International company, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to upgrade/renew their services and speaking with incoming warm leads, to convert them into customers. You will be given a clear and effective sales process to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers. The Role Conduct inbound and outbound calls in line with easy to meet targets Follow the proven sales process to maintain quality and consistency standards Transition or upgrade existing customers to the most suitable new services Present to new customers and recommend appropriate products and solutions Obtain and record accurate customer information to ensure a seamless process Deliver an exceptional level of customer service in every interaction Build rapport and establish genuine relationships with customers and stakeholders The Benefits Located in Geebung or Archerfield - you choose the location that suits you best $65,000 super great uncapped commissions Start Date: ASAP | Free on-site parking Full training provided - all equipment supplied Clear career growth opportunities into Team Leader or other areas of the business Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (no weekends!)
