Full-Time Contract with Competitive Pay Marine Industry opportunity to travel Working holiday visas accepted We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and professional Deckhands and Stewards to join our team at various locations including The Spit, Rushcutters Bay and Gold Coast. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of vessels, travelling to different destinations if successful you will be working 7 days on and 7 days off with the opportunity of overtime. We need applicants who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations on board. Key Responsibilities Assist with deck operations, maintenance, and cleaning of vessels Support the safe mooring, docking, and handling of boats Provide exceptional service to guests on board, including food and beverage assistance Assist with general vessel preparation Travel on vessels to various destinations, ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences for guests Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with maritime regulations Skills & Experience Previous experience as a deckhand, steward, or in hospitality/marine service is desirable Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills Physically fit, proactive, and safety-conscious Full Australian working rights Why Apply?
