Allocator Fantastic opportunity to join one of the world’s leading lifestyle retailers as their newest Allocator . Working within a high-performing merchandise planning team, you’ll play a key role in supporting planners, driving stock efficiency, and ensuring stores receive the right product at the right time. About the Role In this fast-paced and highly collaborative role, you’ll assist the Planner across the full allocating and planning process. You’ll help drive strong inventory performance across all categories by: Monitoring and reacting to store inventory levels using capacities, weeks cover, and sales performance. Completing weekly store-by-SKU allocations across major accounts, ensuring the strongest product mix by store. Updating and maintaining store delivery schedules and prioritising weekly stock flow to minimise operational impact. Identifying best/worst sellers, reacting to trading conditions, and rebalancing stock as needed. Managing min/max profiles for replenishment lines at SKU/location level. Maintaining key systems and tracking files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales and stock reporting. Supporting planners with tasks such as product registrations, warehouse transfers, monitoring stock arrivals, and coordinating with customer service/IT on any order issues. Building strong relationships across Planning, Merchandise, Warehouse, Customer Service and Account Management. Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an Allocator role (ideally 2–3 years). Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. High attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to work autonomously. A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
