About the Role Reporting directly to the Executive Director Clinical Services , you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across our acute and urgent care areas. This is a pivotal role where you’ll inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team, drive service excellence, and ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. You will: ✅ Lead the Acute Ward, Urgent Care Centre (UCC), and Dialysis Unit (including two TCP beds) ✅ Manage resources, budgets, and staffing to ensure high-quality care delivery ✅ Foster a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration ✅ Drive innovation in service delivery and patient experience ✅ Support and develop your team to reach their full potential About You We’re looking for an experienced and energetic leader who is passionate about rural health and making a real difference in their community. You’ll bring: Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience Proven leadership experience within acute or urgent care settings Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications in acute care and/or management Experience managing budgets and leading diverse teams A collaborative, values-driven leadership style Why Yarrawonga Health?
