Your opportunity As a permanent part-time Lifestyle Carer at Piper House in Dapto, you will design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that promote social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of purpose for our residents. The successful candidate must hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, or Bachelors or Diploma in Health Science or Community Services. With kindness and creativity, you will: Facilitate group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity through meaningful engagement Collaborate with care teams to integrate lifestyle support into holistic care plans Encourage participation and build strong relationships with residents and families What you’ll bring You are a warm, empathetic and creative individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people.
