The Role As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for families experiencing loss or planning ahead for a passing of a loved one. You’ll manage calls, emails, and online enquiries with care, professionalism, and accuracy, helping to guide families through sensitive situations. Your Responsibilities: Provide compassionate support to families during difficult times; Manage incoming and outgoing enquiries, ensuring accurate and respectful communication; Record and maintain detailed information to support service delivery; Handle complex or escalated enquiries with empathy and sound judgement; and Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Genuine compassion and empathy for people in sensitive situations; Strong emotional resilience and professionalism; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Highly organised with strong attention to detail; Comfortable working a rotating roster; and Prior experience in customer service, ideally in contact centre, but not essential.
