Vicinity Centres is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of Nepean Village, ensuring our centre operates safely, efficiently, and sustainably while providing an exceptional experience for retailers and customers. What You’ll Do: Drive operational performance by managing contracts across security, cleaning, HVAC, and essential services, ensuring optimum value and compliance. Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and safety through proactive leadership and contractor engagement. Oversee emergency management procedures and ensure legislative compliance, Australian Standards, and Vicinity protocols are met. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, emergency services, and local council, to deliver seamless operations.
