Your next career opportunity As a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft End User Computing Platforms, you will play an essential role in managing and optimising IT services across the university. You will have the opportunity to support and enhance existing platforms, contribute to new developments, and ensure high-quality outcomes that align with our Business Unit objectives. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing technical assistance, training, and coaching to service delivery teams, ensuring a robust and user-friendly IT environment. Your responsibilities will include: Drive Continuous Improvement: Optimise services, practices, and processes associated with Microsoft SCCM and Intune platforms. Deliver Strategic IT Solutions: Support the delivery of the Microsoft Windows 11 strategy and roadmap. Enhance Security and Compliance: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to secure Microsoft endpoints and meet compliance requirements. Innovate Software Deployment: Contribute to the software deployment strategy and maintain the SCCM software library. You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Microsoft End User Computing technologies, ready to lead innovative IT solutions and enhance user experiences across the university. You may also: Possess extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager. Have a qualification in ITIL and practical experience in IT service management. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Be adept at using agile frameworks to prioritise and schedule workloads.
