Eligibility/Other Requirements: We’re looking for someone who is: Passionate about AI and data policy, strategy and governance, with a desire to enable innovation A visionary leader with a strong aptitude for strategic thinking and planning Experienced in policy development and implementation and program management within large, complex organisations Skilled at building and leading diverse, high-performing teams, fostering a culture of trust and innovation An excellent communicator and advocate, comfortable engaging with executives and national stakeholders Analytical, with sound judgement and the ability to tackle complex issues Adaptable, ready to thrive in a dynamic, high-scrutiny environment Compliance Requirements: Due to the need to work across Commonwealth data and AI matters, and national projects, this position also requires a national security clearance at the Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) issued by AGSVA.
