Type: Full-time Jing’s Chinese Restaurant is seeking a customer-focused and reliable Waiter / Food and Beverage Attendant to join our vibrant team in South Hedland. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests through attentive and friendly service. Key Areas of Responsibility Greeting and seating customers with a friendly attitude. Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly. Providing menu recommendations based on customer preferences. Offer food and beverage suggestions to the customer. Communicate with the kitchen and front of house team to manage customer expectations. Ensuring the cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and workstations. Processing payments and handling customer queries. Assisting in maintaining the stock of beverages and restaurant supplies. Upholding hygiene and safety standards in line with company policies. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Ability to work both in a team environment and individually to deliver drinks of excellent and consistent quality Ability to multitask Good communication skills Initiative and a positive attitude Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
