This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding service and support to a wide range of trade customers. Managing counter sales, quoting, and phone-based customer enquiries. Processing customer orders, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Supporting the external sales and management teams with client follow-ups and administrative tasks. Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and requests as required. What you’ll need to succeed: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role – trade or electrical wholesale experience highly regarded, but not essential. A professional and reliable approach with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Current driver’s licence and basic computer literacy. You have full Australian working rights with no restrictions – Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident as sponsorship is not offered for this position.
