Job Description About the Role Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for sales and customer success? We’re seeking a results-oriented Regional Branch Manager to lead and grow three key locations — Oakbank, Murray Bridge, and Parndana. This is a pivotal role within Emmetts, where your ability to drive sales, foster strong customer relationships, and lead high-performing teams will directly impact our success in the region. Reporting to the Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of financial performance, customer engagement, and team development — while implementing growth strategies that strengthen our presence across these thriving agricultural communities. What You’ll Do Drive regional sales growth across new and existing customers by identifying opportunities and building long-term partnerships. Lead and inspire your branch teams to exceed sales, profit, and performance KPIs. Develop and execute business plans that align with company goals and local market needs. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local industry stakeholders. Champion marketing initiatives and field events that showcase our leading brands and solutions. Collaborate closely with sales, parts, and service teams to deliver complete customer solutions. Ensure operational and financial excellence through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. What You’ll Bring Proven success in sales, business development, or branch leadership (preferably in ag machinery, automotive, or industrial sectors). A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and financial targets. Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and make strategic decisions. Inspiring leadership skills — you know how to motivate, coach, and empower teams to achieve results. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, and staff. Familiarity with agricultural machinery or comparable equipment (John Deere experience highly regarded). Why Emmetts?
