Description About the role The new Head of Growth role has been created to take accountability for achieving sustainable revenue growth by strengthening brand reputation and increasing enrolments in existing and new markets. Reporting to the Director of Industry, this high impact senior leadership role leads the setting and delivery of The Industry School’s growth aspirations. With oversight of enrolment leads, marketing, and development, your role will be to deliver sustainable revenue growth, strengthen brand reputation, and generate enrolment growth across existing and emerging markets. Skills And Experiences About You Essential Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Strategy, Marketing, Education Leadership, or related field. Strategic leadership expertise with the ability to design, implement, and measure growth strategies across intrastate and interstate markets. Significant senior leadership experience across revenue growth-oriented functions such as enrolments, marketing, or development. Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel.
