Handling rostering, recruitment, and training to build a high-performing culture. Managing budgets, analysing sales data, and identifying opportunities to grow performance. Ensuring compliance with company standards and policies across safety, security, and customer care. About You You're a confident and experienced retail leader who knows how to balance commercial goals with team culture. To succeed in this role, you'll bring: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
