We’re now searching for a Retail Operations Manager to help take our store experience to the next level. We’re now searching for a National Operations Manager (internally know as Retail Operations Manager) to help take our store experience to the next level. This role is all about operational excellence. You’ll be the driving force behind our national retail operations—streamlining systems, lifting performance, and making sure every store delivers on the Lorna Jane experience. From supporting store teams to partnering across departments, you’ll bring clarity, consistency and momentum to how we work. In this role, you will: Lead, guide and empower a team of retail operations specialists Manage and optimise key systems including Stingray, ActiveYou and Retail Next Collaborate closely with Retail, People, Finance and Logistics to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Turn insights into action through data-driven decision making Proactively identify and solve problems before they impact performance Create processes that scale and support the wider store network Inspire alignment across teams and bring people along for the journey To be successful you will have experience leading multi-site retail operations, a strong understanding of how to balance process with agility, and a knack for making systems work smarter. You will be confident with data and reporting, and just as confident motivating teams and building strong relationships.
