Are you looking to take the leap into the corporate world in 2026? We have multiple entry - level Customer Service Representatives positions to commence January 19th, 2026 . Training: You’ll receive comprehensive training in the office (approx. 5-7 weeks) and then have the flexibility of working from home 5 days a fortnight. Roster: You'll work 5 days a week on a rotating roster Monday-Sunday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (AEST) (weekend hours are 9am – 4pm, but you will not be rostered every weekend) So, what’s the job? You’ll be the first point of contact for INBOUND customer enquiries and complaints You’ll provide clear, friendly support to customers and colleagues, making sure their questions are answered and issues resolved. You’ll aim to achieve performance targets while maintaining excellent service quality in every interaction. You’ll build relationships and rapport with customers, the cornerstone of our success And what are we looking for?
