This is a strategic and executional role, ideal for a mid to senior marketer ready to grow while continuing to work hands-on across campaigns, channels and content. More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing and executing campaigns that generate qualified leads for our ATS software and recruitment marketing services Partnering with Sales to align messaging, campaign strategy and conversion tactics Creating compelling content including thought leadership, case studies, social media and video Managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta with a focus on ROI Using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and guide decisions Collaborating with Product Marketing to support launches and customer communication Testing and implementing new AI tools to improve efficiency, targeting and results The DNA We’re Looking For To qualify, you will need a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field. A minimum of four to five years’ experience in B2B, SaaS or recruitment marketing will also be essential.
