Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assists in administering existing HR processes and people Assisting in identifying, selecting, and securing new staff to suit client needs Assisting in fostering relationships with existing clients Ensuring staff files and records are maintained and updated Role requirements include: Good understanding of blue-collar tickets and licences, the the Civil & Construction sectors Experience with Awards and relevant payroll allowances Good interpersonal skills Effective time management and planning Ability to flexibly manage competing priorities and high-pressure situations High degree of professionalism and confidentiality Willingness to travel to various worksites throughout the Greater Darwin Region Experience with resource/talent management highly regarded, but not essential Essential Qualifications: Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar role White Card NT Drivers Licence (‘C’ class or higher) Ochre Card Current National Police Clearance Successful completion of a drug and alcohol test and pre-employment medical test What you'll get: Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30 work week Salary range per annum $80,000 - $90,000, depending on candidate experience Development opportunities Note this role is governed by the Clerks Private Sector Award To apply, please send in your CV and short cover letter relating why you would be ideal for this role.
