Job Description PSG is looking on behalf of a leading Managed IT Services provider, specialising in Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Services, and IT Security. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join their Sales Team on a part-time basis (initially 2 days per week.) The Role Prepare quotes and assist Sales Executives with product & service sales Manage renewals (warranties, subscriptions) and maintain revenue streams Handle procurement, supplier purchase orders, and logistics Maintain client databases and keep stakeholders updated on progress Support the sales team with calls, admin, and vendor certifications About You IT hardware knowledge and vendor sales support experience (preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Team player with great interpersonal skills (and a sense of humour!)
