Get discounts on private health insurance, gym memberships and travel and so much more Career Advancement Opportunities – We provide ample career advancement opportunities at WMQ, offering diverse pathways for growth and professional development Your Role as an Enrolled Nurse You’ll deliver high quality nursing care for residents by: Observing, monitoring and interpreting symptoms and changes of residents Administering schedule 2, 3 and 4 medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Contributing to the formulation and implementation of care plans Assisting in the orientation of new staff Undertaking procedures within the scope of knowledge and ability Supporting other members of the nursing staff and Allied Health Team What We’re Looking For Current Enrolled Nurse Certificate with the Queensland Nursing Council with endorsement for Medication Minimum of 1 years' experience Availa bility to wo rk night shift Ability to provide high level nursing care within the Endorsed “Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice” Experience with Nursing Care Plans and other care documentation Clear communication skills Essential Requirements Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy) Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
