Your next career opportunity As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Professors Ingrid Scheffer and Piero Perucca, leading figures in epilepsy research. You will manage diverse clinical and research projects, coordinate international collaborations, and ensure seamless operations within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate Clinical and Research Activities: Manage appointments, patient queries, and project schedules, ensuring efficient clinic operations. Provide Comprehensive Support: Arrange meetings, seminars, and conferences, and manage project documentation and expense reporting. Facilitate Communication: Liaise with senior academics, hospital executives, and stakeholders, preparing correspondence and monitoring meeting actions. Manage Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel for Professors and senior team members, developing schedules and briefing materials. You may be a great fit if: You will be an experienced administrative professional with excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of supporting senior executives in a dynamic research environment. You may also: Have a tertiary degree or extensive experience in an administrative field. Demonstrate experience working with senior executives and handling sensitive information. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Exhibit strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines. Be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with database programs. Have experience coordinating medical clinics and managing patient billing. Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, resilience, and commitment to client-focused service.
