Kerman Contracting is seeking experienced Multidisciplinary and Electrical Site Supervisors to deliver Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) projects for a Tier 1 client. This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster, offering a fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension. As a Site Supervisor, you will report to the Deputy Manager /Site Manager and will lead the on-site team to ensure a high standard of safety, quality, and performance across the project lifecycle. You will be personable and responsible for maintaining a positive team environment on site. Our Benefits on Offer: As a Site Supervisor with Kerman, you will have the following benefits: 18-24 months fixed term (potential to go longer) with leave accrual (Annual Leave and Sick Leave) 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth Attractive Hourly Rate Attractive completion bonus (on Base) paid out on project completion Salary sacrifice opportunities Strong and diverse project pipeline offering job security Supportive team structure consisting of Head Office staff as well as Site/Project Managers, Supervisors, Administrators and Commissioning team Roles, Duties and Responsibilities: As a Site Supervisor, some of your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and material deliveries on site, including Civil, Concrete, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical/Controls, Cladding, Hydraulics, Fire Detection, Hydrocarbons, and Infrastructure works Assist in the development of look-ahead programs Provide technical and logistical support to subcontractors and assist in raising Technical Queries (TQs) and variations Review and monitor the drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries, and tools relevant to the discipline and work area Develop detailed daily and weekly work plans in line with the baseline schedule to allow sufficient time for job preparation Work closely with Project and Site Engineers to develop and execute work packs Inform the Site Manager or Deputy Manager of areas where the program needs adjustment due to site conditions or material deliveries Monitor that employees adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings, baseline schedule, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions Conduct detailed pre-start meetings with work crews Ensure all personnel comply with Kerman Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, site regulations, permit-to-work procedures, and client requirements Manage timely performance and disciplinary procedures in conjunction with the Human Resources department Facilitate Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and field leadership sessions Conduct regular worksite safety and environmental inspections Assist in preparing work method statements Complete QA inspections, check sheets and checklists for on-site works Communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with subcontractors and client representatives on site Identify and report any changes to the scope of work To be successful for the Site Supervisor role you will have: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent industry 5 years’ experience in the construction industry in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of full life cycle project deliverables Superior people management and interpersonal communications skills.
