About the role: As the State Team Leader within the Made to Measure department, you will be reporting directly to the M2M National Sales and Operations Manager and will be the bridge between our Store operations team, our Made to Measure Consultants and Installers. You will be the people-driven, culture-building territory manager, who will deliver on developing your consultants' sales skills, build relationships within the further M2M and Retail Operations Team and achieve an exemplary customer experience throughout your territory. Collaborating with the M2M Consultants to implement customer service strategies to maximise sales and increase repeat business Deliver ongoing M2M product & sales training support to store teams and M2M consultants Manage consultant discounting to drive sales while maximising gross margin. Support management requirements with underperforming stores Maximise results of promotional activities by highlighting, educating and focussing the sales team to drive results Ensure logistics and product delivery is aligned with business expectations Provide feedback to buying team on product collection and availability Support consultant’s development and understanding of the M2M systems Provide clear performance direction to consultants and facilitate effective team work Recruit, support and oversee Installation aspects of the business About You: As a current Sales, Territory, Area or Multisite Manager , you will also have experience within the following: Ability to train and develop sales skills within a large and diverse team Experience managing expectations with various remote and regional locations Ability to work autonomously in a Multi-site environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent planning and organisational skills Experience in fast paced, agile business environments Multi departmental relationship building skills as the bridge between sales and operations within the M2M business Experience with Consultative and in-home selling businesses is advantageous When you join our team, you will become part of the Spotlight Retail Group, which comprises Spotlight, Anaconda, and Harris Scarfe.
