Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with external sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to gather inputs, coordinate timelines, and ensure smooth bid delivery from start to finish. Process Excellence: Maintain pricing databases, margin trackers, and proposal templates. Ensure all documentation follows best practice standards and company governance. Reporting & Insights: Monitor bid success rates, conversion metrics, and margin performance to support continuous improvement and smarter decision-making. Communication & Quality: Contribute to win strategy sessions, peer reviews, and creative proposal meetings — ensuring every document reflects professionalism and precision. What You Bring • 2 years of experience in internal sales, bid coordination, or commercial support. • A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Excellent communication and English writing skills (German a plus!). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. • Experience using CRM tools and document management systems. • A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
