About Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) CPM is the engine behind IB&M’s balance sheet optimisation. Represent CPM in senior forums, influencing enterprise-wide capital allocation and risk appetite. Translate complex portfolio dynamics into clear, actionable insights. What we’re looking for Extensive experience in banking, treasury or risk, with a track record of delivering strategic portfolio outcomes. Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional initiatives. Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to turn vision into measurable impact. Collaborative leadership style and ability to build trusted relationships.
