As our Security Engineering Specialist reporting to the Head of Security Engineering, you will be responsible for implementing, uplifting and maintaining security platforms, technologies, tools and internal processes This is a fantastic opportunity where you will ensure our continuous protection from cyber threats. A few of your responsibilities: Research, evaluate, and select new security platforms and controls to address evolving threats and vulnerabilities Assist with building and testing of new security solutions. Identify and implement improvements for existing security tools and platforms Work closely with IT operations, security analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure security controls are aligned with business needs Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of all security tools. Ensure the implementation of security controls aligns with enterprise architecture, engineering, design, and assurance requirements. What we are looking for: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security engineering or a related role Strong understanding of security best practices and frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, CIS Controls). In-depth knowledge of security tools and technologies, including but not limited to. SIEM and SOAR platforms, ideally experience with Microsoft Sentinel SIEM. Endpoint Detection and Response tools, ideally experience with CrowdStrike Falcon. Vulnerability Management platforms, ideally experience with Tenable. Familiarity with or experience in leveraging AI for security purposes is a plus.
