About the Role As a Pharmacy Assistant and Sleep Apnoea Consultant , you’ll be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional customer service and specialist care. You’ll assist customers with prescriptions, health advice, and sleep apnoea support, helping them achieve better health outcomes. Your responsibilities include: Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to all customers. Assisting patients with sleep apnoea consultations , including CPAP equipment and support. Operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling. Keeping the store clean, organised, and welcoming. Supporting promotions, merchandising, and in-store sales initiatives. About You You’re customer-focused, reliable, and passionate about health and wellbeing. You’ll bring: A friendly and engaging personality with a focus on great customer service. Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential). Strong communication and teamwork skills. A professional presentation and positive attitude. Bonus if you have: A Certificate II–IV in Community Pharmacy. Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems. Interest or prior experience in sleep apnoea services or medical equipment.
