As a Bartender at Le Bon Ton, you will:
Create consistently high-quality cocktails, spirits, and beverages
Provide exceptional, efficient, and friendly service
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
Deliver fast-paced service during high-volume periods
Follow RSA guidelines and uphold venue standards
Work closely with the whole team to create memorable experiences for guests
What We’re Looking For
Previous bar experience in a busy venue (cocktail knowledge essential)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay calm, professional, and positive under pressure
A passion for hospitality and guest experience
Confidence with classic cocktails, beers, wine, and spirits
Current RSA (required)
Reliability, punctuality, and a great attitude
