We are seeking Medical Registrars for General Medicine positions commencing as soon as possible and in February 2026. About the Role Working within a busy General Medicine Department, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Around 75% of patients are Indigenous , offering an incredible opportunity to develop your clinical, cultural and communication skills. The department includes local and visiting specialists across: Cardiology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Oncology, and Infectious Diseases Palliative Care, Gastroenterology, Alcohol & Other Drugs Supported by on-site ICU, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, O&G, Psychiatry and Paediatrics There are four General Medical teams, a busy Outpatient Department and outreach clinics to some of the most remote parts of Australia. About the Hospital A teaching hospital, affiliated with Flinders University and Charles Darwin University, providing high-quality care across more than one million square kilometres. You’ll work alongside passionate physicians and contribute to training, teaching and research.
